Take the SCDE Parent Survey Today!

Parent and Guardians,

We invite you to take a few minutes to complete the 2026 Parent and Guardian Parent School Survey from the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE). The survey will be available through April 17, 2026. Your feedback is anonymous and extremely valuable. The information you provide helps schools better meet the needs of students and families while strengthening the overall learning environment. Your responses will also help identify ways to improve parent involvement at the school and district levels. Survey results are included in the school’s annual report card and are used to guide decision-making at the school, district, and state levels.

How to Access the Survey Parents and guardians of K–12 students can complete the survey through the PowerSchool Parent Portal:

Website Access to PowerSchool Parent Portal

  1. Log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal
  2. Select Forms from the menu.
  3. Click on “2026 Parent and Guardian School Climate Survey.”
  4. Complete the survey and click "Submit".

Mobile App Access to PowerSchool Parent Portal

  1. Log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
  2. Click on “More”
  3. Select Forms from the menu.
  4. Click on “2026 Parent and Guardian School Climate Survey.”
  5. Complete the survey and click "Submit"

Note: If you have difficulty accessing the PowerSchool Parent Portal, please contact your child’s school for assistance. Parents may submit one survey for each enrolled student, and each survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
